15 Push ups
25 Sit ups
50 jumping jacks
Every morning before you take a shower. Helps you to wake up.

Going with a calorie limited diet is a really good way to lose weight fast, start small for a 2-3 months and try lowering it for any major results but always keep strictly to your diet and wait at least 6 months before quiting.

One last tip is to not eat after dinner at all especially after 9:00 P.M.

Hope this helps you. Even if you don't need this advice currently, starting early can help keep you under 200 pounds in the future.
